Training
Staff who register with us are required to provide certificated evidence of basic life support and manual handling training undertaken in the previous 12 months. Additionally an Induction Workbook must be completed with a 100% pass rate, which includes health & safety (including COSHH and RIDDOR), fire safety, food hygiene, nutritional assistance, infection control, safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. REHOBOTH HEALTHCARE STAFFING provide access to free BLS and Manual Handling training across the country and offer professional development courses identified as areas for development through our annual appraisal system.
